Candy Sales

Pack 1 is selling See's candy bars this year for our fundraising! See's is easy and fun to sell, and will be a terrific way for the scouts to raise money to subsidize their spring camping trip to Camp Wasewagen, as well as the many other awesome activities Pack 1 offers throughout the year.

We will likely host a couple of different candy sales throughout the year, with our first sale in November to capitalize on the holiday gifting season.

We are asking each family to pre-order and pre-pay for the candy bars that your scout(s) will sell. Our goal for this initial sale is to have each scout sell a least one box, which contains 24 candy bars. They are priced at $2.50 each, so each box costs $60. We encourage you to pre-order additional boxes for your scout(s) to sell!

There are 6 varieties of candy to choose from - Milk Chocolate, Milk Chocolate with Toffee, Dark Chocolate with Almonds, Awesome Peanut Brittle Bars, Awesome Walnut Squares and Awesome Nut & Chew Bars. Each box of 24 bars contains only one variety. You can order more boxes so you can offer more varieties, or feel free to trade with another scout if you want variety at a smaller quantity.

Raffle

There will be a raffle for all scouts who participate in this candy sale. Each scout will get THREE raffle tickets for each 24 bars he sells. So as logic would have it, the more candy a scout sells, the greater chance he has of winning! Winners will be announced at the January Pack Meeting. We also have a limited quantity of See’s Lollypops (chocolate and butterscotch) that sell for $1 each. These are a top seller! A scout will get ONE raffle ticket for every 10 lollypops he sells. Lollypops will be available at the candy pick-up (please bring cash or a check) will supplies last.

Donations

Please note that if you decide to opt out of this initial candy bar sale, we ask that you make a $30 donation to Pack 1. This can be done on the Pack 1 Donations page found by clicking here.
(Your scout will get THREE raffle tickets for opting out.)
